Flame drops out while running (F10)

What is going on

Flame lost three times on one call.

Likely causes

  • Gas pressure sag
  • Dirty or worn flame probes
  • Burner gasket leak

Check in this order

  1. Watch inlet gas pressure under load
  2. Check FLAME signal in status menu (over 1.0 microamp, steady 5 to 9 after 1 min)
  3. Clean the rectifier and spark probe; replace both if still weak
  4. Check burner door gaskets

Applies to: EL-80, EL-110, EL-150, EL-220, EL-299, EL-399 (N/LP)
