Fan speed error (F13)

What is going on

Fan not following the commanded speed.

Likely causes

  • Wiring
  • Fan failure
  • Control board

Check in this order

  1. Measure red fan wire to ground 24 to 40 V
  2. Unplug fan 24 to 40 V then replace fan, lower then replace control

Applies to: EL-80, EL-110, EL-150, EL-220, EL-299, EL-399 (N/LP)
