Signature Command: pilot lockout (green or red-green flash)
What is going on
LED flashes every 2 seconds and the fireplace will not start.
Likely causes
- Pilot would not light within the spark time (green)
- Pilot lost three times in a row (red-green)
Check in this order
- Turn the master switch OFF, then ON to reset
- Press ON again and watch the pilot
- If it locks out again after several tries, turn the master switch OFF and work through the spark / sensor / gas checks
