F.342 BCU communication error

No heating, no DHW.

Likely causes
- Cable or plug fault on BCU/CAN
- Faulty component on BCU
Test and repair steps
- Check cable to BCU plug X4.
- Check all internal CAN plugs and cables.
- Remove all plugs from the BCU except X4, X2, X16 and X18 and see if the fault clears (other faults will appear; ignore them).
- Reinsert plugs one by one to find the faulty component.
- Reset the appliance.
