Low fire heat call (W1 only)
What happens, in order
- W1 calls; inducer starts on high speed and the low pressure switch closes
- Inducer drops to low speed and the igniter energizes for preheat
- Gas valve opens and the burners light; igniter turns off 3 s later
- Blower motor starts after a 30 s delay
- System runs on low fire
- Call ends and flame is gone post-purge starts
- Fan delay clears remaining heat; time set by dip switches S1-3 and S1-4

For licensed technicians. Gas, electrical and refrigerant work must be done by a qualified, licensed person. Shut off power and gas before servicing, never bypass a safety control, and follow the manufacturer’s manual for the exact model; it and local codes always take priority.
