F.357 Insufficient gas supply
What the control is telling you
Burner in a fault state.
Applies to: Vitodens 200-W B2HE 85, 120, 150, 199
Likely causes
- Closed gas valve
- Dirty inlet screen
- Undersized gas line
- Leaking house regulator
- Damaged ignition electrode insulation
Test and repair steps
- Check the gas shut-off valve is open.
- Inspect the gas valve inlet screen.
- Test static and flow pressure; verify gas line size.
- If static pressure keeps rising at idle, suspect the building regulator; check cable to fan unit.
- Check fuel valve coil resistance about 4 kOhm (plug 35, contacts 2 and 4).
- Check ignition electrode insulation.
- Reset the appliance.
