RDS steady on Delay mode after leak alarm or fault

Red LED on steady: the alarm or fault has cleared but the board stays in mitigation (blower on) for 5 minutes before going back to normal.
Applies to: R-32 air handlers with refrigerant detection system (A2L PCB + R32 sensor): AMST, AWSF/AWST, ACSF
