Smart-Circ recirculation
What happens, in order
- Smart-Circ is the factory default recirculation mode on pump models
- First 24 hours unit learns when hot water is used; pump runs per setting 17 (17A = off, 17b = runs several times that day)
- On following days the pump runs ahead of the learned usage times to shorten the wait for hot water
- If a timer controller (MC-195T-US) or RWM200 wireless module is installed, Smart-Circ is disabled and the fixed schedule is used
- With a BLE push button (RPB200) installed: setting 18A disables Smart-Circ, 18b lets both work together
- Pump speed is set by parameter 16 (A is max and gives the shortest recirc time; b, C, d are quieter)

For licensed technicians. Gas, electrical and refrigerant work must be done by a qualified, licensed person. Shut off power and gas before servicing, never bypass a safety control, and follow the manufacturer’s manual for the exact model; it and local codes always take priority.
