Normal start and heating
What happens, in order
- Press ON/OFF on the control panel and the LED display lights, ON lamp is green
- Combustion fan starts (forced combustion)
- Spark ignites the main burner
- When flame is proven the ON lamp turns red and the spark stops
- Once the furnace warms up the room convection fan starts automatically
- Thermostat modulates the burner and the fan between L (minimum) and H (maximum) to hold the set temperature
- If power fails while running, the furnace restarts by itself when power returns

For licensed technicians. Gas, electrical and refrigerant work must be done by a qualified, licensed person. Shut off power and gas before servicing, never bypass a safety control, and follow the manufacturer’s manual for the exact model; it and local codes always take priority.
