What happens, in order

  4. Inducer starts and the pressure switch closes; inducer keeps running for the pre-purge
  5. Igniter warms up after pre-purge
  6. Gas valve opens at the end of igniter warm-up
  7. Control looks for flame within 4 s of the valve opening; gas continues only with a flame signal
  8. Circulator blower starts on heat speed after the fixed 30 s on delay
  9. Thermostat opens gas valve closes
  10. Inducer runs a 15 s post-purge
  11. Circulator blower runs the selected off delay then stops
