Acknowledged fault comes back

What is going on

An acknowledged fault that is not fixed is shown again the next day at 07:00 and external fault signalling restarts.

Likely causes

  • Fault not rectified

Check in this order

  1. Open Message lists to see the fault history (10 most recent).
  2. Note the subscriber number of the faulty component (see rotary switch S1 on extensions).
  3. Rectify the cause; then clear the history if wanted.
