Likely causes
- Condensate drain restricted
Test and repair steps
- Check combustion chamber and condensate drain; protect electronics from condensate when removing the burner door.
- If condensate backed up into the chamber, replace insulation ring, insulation block, insulation mats and ionization electrode.
- If condensate reached the flame body, also replace the flame body gasket.
