Likely causes
- Parameter 223 set to 0 with no floor thermostat fitted
- Floor thermostat tripped because the CH setpoint is too high
Test and repair steps
- If parameter 223 is 0 and no floor safety thermostat is fitted, set parameter 223 to 1 or connect a floor safety thermostat.
- If parameter 223 is 0 and a floor safety thermostat is fitted, reduce the CH setpoint.
