2nd digit d Discharge temperature sensor fault (A1000AA board)
What the control is telling you
On A1000AA boards the right-hand 7-segment digit shows the fault and the left digit shows status; this value means: discharge temperature sensor fault. Manual gives only the meaning; steps are general checks.

Likely causes
- Sensor unplugged or damaged wire
- Failed sensor
Test and repair steps
- Locate the sensor plug on the control board (J21 ambient, J23 coil, J22 discharge).
- Check the plug is seated and the wire is not damaged.
- Check the sensor is clipped in its proper location.
- Replace the sensor if it reads open or shorted.
