What the control is telling you

The dual venturi did not respond correctly. Manual action: check the dual venturi.

Applies to: Navien NHB-H (NHB-055H/080H/110H/150H) and NFB-H fire-tube (NFB-175H/200H) condensing boilers

Likely causes

  • Dual venturi actuator stuck or failed
  • Loose wiring to the dual venturi
  • PCB output problem

Test and repair steps

  1. Run Test Mode > 9. Dual Venturi and confirm it switches on and off.
  2. Check Dual Venturi Status in the Input/Output Status menu.
  3. Warning: Power off, then check the dual venturi connector and wiring.
  4. Replace the dual venturi if it does not operate when the output is on.
