Direct spark ignition with lockout
What happens, in order
- Power is supplied at 110/120 VAC through the junction box and On/Off switch; the module LED flashes slowly with no call for heat
- Call for heat the LED flashes fast and the igniter sparks at the pilot
- Spark continues only for the trial period; if the pilot does not light and prove, the module locks out
- Two LED flashes mean a 5 minute lockout; reset with the On/Off switch or breaker
- A steady LED flash means a hard lockout - control failure
- Check the high-limit switch where fitted (normally open); an open limit stops operation
